During these unprecedented times, in which we are having to deal with a Pandemic and our current social climate, our mental health and our relationships have been dramatically tested. For many, finding a new normal during our current social climate has been incredibly challenging and has really put our mental health at risk. More than ever, people are struggling with loneliness, isolation, sadness, uncertainty, anxiety, stress, and depression. If you are one of those people who are struggling like so many others, I would love the opportunity to help you during this difficult time.
For many people, the loud chatter of their negative thoughts is paralyzing. It can stop us from knowing our own worth. Being able to regulate our emotions while taming the negative "voices" that control our thoughts is a critical piece to feeling our most confident self and finding the peace within. I can support you with mastering the art of finding the peace within.
As cliche as "Loving yourself" might sound, it truly is a foundational piece when building lasting relationships with others as well as living your best life. One of my passions is helping people discover and tame the limiting beliefs that hold them back from living the quality life they strive for. I will help you find your confidence, heal from past wounds, and learn skills to attain happiness.
One of my specialties is helping parents develop a loving and healthy relationship with their children/teens while learning how to manage their behaviors effectively. I am trained in both level 4 and 5 of Positive Parenting Practice and have taught parents how to effectively manage behaviors and build solid relationships with both children and teens for over 15 years.
When someone goes through some form of trauma it can be incredibly debilitating. It can cause someone to feel lost and forever changed. Let me help you restore your faith and sense of joy again. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have been working with individuals on healing from trauma for over 15 years.
Everyone deals with some of form of sadness or depression at some time in their lives. It can be extremely difficult to find the energy or motivation to do anything when you're feeling depressed. It's as if you fallen in a dark hole and all you see is darkness all around you. Although, it can feel like you're living in your darkest moments, nothing last forever not even sadness. Especially in times like today when there is so much uncertainty, it's very easy for our level of Anxiety to heighten. I can support you with taming your unproductive worry and learning practical and productive strategies that will help you feel in control of your worries rather than your worries controlling you.
